sit-ups making my muscles hurt

so badly.. I feel naseas right now cause my tummy muscles feel too sore. does that mean I should skip a few days til it gets better or keep killing myself until I get used to it? I’ve been doing a lot of tummy excersize average 175 sit ups a day for only two days but my tummy is reacting cause I’m not so used to this. what do I do? should I message my tummy? do stretches?

yeah you should do some stretches… and of couse your tummy will hurt if you are doing sit ups everyday now and your not used to it sooo try doing sit ups but not many!!! like 25 or 30 a day!!!

you musles are hurting because you are exersizing them.
