Should the government freeze interest rates?

Asked by vhmehta 9 months ago, 1 answer.

I wanted to know what you think about Bush's plan to freeze mortgage rate for 5 years for homeowners with arms? Do you think government should be involved?

Hi,

I think it's a great thing. With the spike in mortgage rates, there would be a ton of foreclosures in the near future. This freeze in the rates will forestall a major foreclosure crisis.

What do you think?
