Don't make your goal working out every day that will just make you get tired so that you will not want to exersice at all. I would start with 2 to 3 days a week depending on how active you where before. Also for fun try swimming even if you don't feel comfortable in a bathing suit because that is a really good way to loose weight.
Just stick with it. Lifting weights or any kind of muscle stimulating exercisez also help, even though that isn't targeting your heart rate, it IS opening your blood flow, allowing lots of extra calories to just burnoff. And also, keep drinking that water. Our body carries whats called water weight, and its because our bodies think there is not enough water in the world or some crap like that. So drink as much as you possibly can, GORGE YOURSELF!!! And even though you might piss three times an hour, you'll lose all the water weight which is tageted mainly in the stomach, lovehandle, chest, and thigh area.
