who provides transportation in the state of ohio during a visitational schedule ? involving a child ??? who is suppose to pick up and drop off or is it the parent who there visitings responsibility...

That will depend on the court. If an arrangement was made by the court to have an intermediary person there to make sure things go smoothly, then it probably has a special transportation situation that can be checked with whoever was appointed by the court. If there was no need for special circumstances, then it is the parent's duty to arrange transportation to the other parent who is due the visitation. If the parent chooses to pick up the child instead, then that must be prearranged.
