Go to court anyway, tell them you would like to appear before the judge and tell them what has been happening.
My ex failed to appear for custody court and lost all rights to his children - just keep trying...they have to listen at some point.

How can I get custody of my kids, if I can't find their nature mother. I having tried filing papers twice but both times the court were unable to serve her. I have been caring for their for the last 9 months
