me and I am willing to take responibility of their actions then I could take them for custody, I am 19 years old and I feel I can support them. Do you think I should take custody? Will my mom totally hate me?

You'd have to go through court to take on custody, unless your mom gives you permission. But after all that, if you really think this is something you could do, then go for it.
