In order to split my rubber tree up and repot, can I just cut it in 4 different pieces?

Hi,

Yes, you can readily root stems of the rubber tree. Insert them in a well drained medium (perlite, vermiculite, gravel are all good as would be a seed starter mix.) and sit in bright light & keep moist.

Make sure you are rooting a stem and not just a leaf.

Good luck.
