Care of rubber tree plant

How do I care for a rubber tree plant? It is dropping leaves and the roots are showing on top of the soil.

have you had it for more than a year coz then you might have found out that it will drop leaves coz of the weather changes that happen during the year so dont worry if it still bothers you then use ur computer on the internet 2 find out what 2 do
