I am perfectly happy knowing this is the only life we get. It make me live for the now, and not wait for the 'hope' of some afterlife.

No it's not,I'm an Atheist and I'm not wrong for choosing to be one,I love being one. Whoever told you it was,well they were wrong for telling you that,they're just judging you.

anyway, no, it is NOT wrong to be athiest
there is nothing wrong with it
people have the right to choose to beleive in nothing
just as they have the right to choose to beleive in one of the many gods there are now
beleiving in anything is not wrong
wethere its nothing, in a god, in nature, in satan
its not wrrong
because its YOUR own iundividual beleif
there will always be people who dont beleive in the same thing you do
and will always be people who do
but no one is ever going to all beleive in the same thing
and if people dont respect other people for their beleifs
they dont deserve and will get no respect in returne

While it's not wrong to be an atheist, I believe, in my opinion, that it is a very negative way way to go through life. I mean how can anyone really be truly happy believing that we are born, we live, we die, and that's it. It kind of defeats the purpose of life. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a religious nut, In fact I hate all forms of religion. I just believe that when we die, something happens, our soul travels on, some sh*t like that, and you know what? If that doesn't happen, and I just die and thats it, well I'm fine with that, I just think it's better to go through life with some hope as opposed to going through life with negativity and viewing life as a pointless waste of time.

Firstly WHY would you be WONDERING whether it's wrong? What lead you to doubt that it is right?
