In my house my parents don't have much time to cook big meals because of work, cleaning, and things like that. We are getting tired of eating the same quick meals all of the time and are looking for new things that are quick and easy to make.

What do you suggest?
(nothing with fish or any sea food please)

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to put something in a crock pot. You can get it ready the night before and stick it in your fridge overnight then in the morning pull it out and plug it in.

Other than that um, tacos, spaghetti and meatballs, omelets, hamburgers, BBQ sandwiches, meatball subs, salads with chicken, a lot of casseroles are pretty easy and you can refrigerate them also the night before, meatloaf (also mix up the night before), ham steak with grilled pineapple, chilli dogs (you can do this in a crock pot), BLT's, . I can't think of anymore right now. If I come up with some I will let you know.

The quickest thing I find is just marinating some meat (chicken/beef whatever) and then tossing it in the oven... do you guys have an Indian store in your town? I could teach you quick indian recipes...
