The first thing to do, is to get your medical evidence in order. Get as much paperwork as possible, and get it to your personnel department.
If that does not work, then you can complain to your local government employment office.
In the end, it does seem that this is going beyond the usual procedures and they might have been trying to find a way to sack you, and this was it. It might be time to look for another job.

Possible dismissal of employment.
I took a day off work because I thought I had as sickness bug which I had phoned in with that reason. The sickness bug turned out to be a miscarraige advised by two of my friends who have had the experience and a nurse from a department in a hospital...
also the nurse advised to go to the right department in the hospital for a check up. I ignored her advice and went home thinking I will be okay days later which I was.
Anyways that same day of phong in sick I phoned again and found out I was unable to attend work for a few days until a meeting was arranged by my boss so I was suspended for a few days.
The meeting with two of my boss's, I had breifly explained what had happend. I was then told to go home and I will recieve a phone call when a decision from personell has been made. Later that day I was adviced to start work again next day but to have another meeting.
Next meeting my boss advised me that perosnell has asked to view my medical records, I had stated to my boss that he can view them but there will be no evidence as I didn't get checked out. He stated there will be something if I went to the hospital. Still dayzed and confused I just went with the flow and signed the papers which also I remember they had stated that if I do not allow my employers to view my medical records that my employment could be ended. Is this wrong? Because I believe it is so.
Somewhat weeks later they had recieved my medical records. Again called into the office for another chat, This time I gave a full statment of what had happend that day I had off sick. And was adviced that there will be another meeting.
Next meeting with two boss's one as my boss's witness and a collegue as my witness. I was advised by my boss that my reasons for being off are a load of bolloks - exact words and that he will need to get in touch with personell to discuss my employment further. 5 minutes later I was called into the office. My boss then told me that it will take a few more days and I will recieve from peronsell a letter through the door in a few days. He has also advised me that he would like to give me a final written warning but depending on perosnell they may wish to push it firther and dismiss my employment. Is this wrong also I believe that it is?
So far for the same reason and any reason over all I have only been verbally warned once, I have had no further warnings. I have been employed with the company for 5 months and over all I have only taken a weeks and a half worth of days off sick. I have known other to have had two weeks or more off sick within the past two months. Okay they may have been there longer than me but still that amount of time off sick in 2 month. They don't get warned.
I work in the kitchen's and my illness either way would not have allowed me to work in the kitchen for 72 hours.
Please help. Do employers have to go through the propper proceedures of disaplinary before they dismiss me in this case. Its not like I've committed a sacable offence? And also does he have to give me a final written warbing before a dismissal is concidered?
