How bad is my ankle sprain?

please can you tell me how to tell how bad an ankle sprain I have? its bruised badly and very painful both when I am walking on it and when im not. I also feel very shky when I put weight on it. I did it falling down the stairs it is mild, moderate, or severe?

Ok you can't really tell from a picture... If the pain doesn't go down I would see a doctor, make sure nothing is broken.

Try to stay off if it for a day. . to should probably elevate it and put an Ice pack on it, , , it will be painful for a while but it will pass.
