Backbones hurt i don't know why

Omfg I'm backbones hurt I don't know why but it feel like I got fcken stun by a motherfcken bee d: hurts like hell.so 1.why does it hurt like hell??2.how can I get rid of it???3.how does it happen???

explain what you mean by back bone??? spine? rear pelvis? etc.
have you been doing activities that cause you to lift things?
have you been sleeping in the fetus position for quite some time?

if you lay down (with you back) does the pain stop or at least is lowered?

Well I Dont Know What They Call it But it Those Big Bones Thats Between Your Arms.and No No Heavy Liften!!and Sleep different Position all the Time Tho.I Do Lay on My Back and yes it stops unless I move D:
