sometimes you can get a nosebleed just from it being dry out. -or, if you were crying, all the blood rushed to your head, so there was more pressure, so if there was a point that had been scratched or weakened previously, it might have just started bleeding. have you had a nosebleed recently? (other than the one you wrote about.) when it happens once, then the weak spot is made, and is easier to happen again. so yeah, it's definitely possible. -sorry about your grandpa, on a side note. mine just died recently as well. it's a bummer...

Nose bleed?

I was just wondering:
We were at family dinner, like an hour ago-
Talking about my grandpa.
So I was like crying.
Upset. (he passed away.)
And my nose just started pouring blood-
I didnt scratch it or anything..
And it just stopped completely like 15 minutes ago..
Could it have started because I was upset?
