Nose bleeding

Whenever I put my head upside down, the following day my nose would bleed..is this serious?

yes, it is seriouse
nose bleeds occur from a few different things
heat is one of them
but it shouldnt be happening every time you put your head upside down
go to a doctor and get him/her to check it out
theyll be able to tell you whats wrong
