The first few sites are great.

Just from a wealth of medical knowledge I have acquired from medical shows and shadowing doctors for 105+ hours, nose bleeds are typically harmless. HOWEVER, if you experience frequent nosebleeds, see your doctor to rule out leukemia, blood disorders, syndromes, or hypertension.

it depends.. do you mean not a very serious nosebleed?
Because..
In order to treat that you:
Sit down, in a comfortable position.
Plug the top of your nose, comfortably. ( not so it hurts)
put and icepack on the back of your neck.
put some tissues at the end of your nose to catch the blood.
If, it continues... and doesn't seem to be slowing down whatsoever aften 20 minutes, go to the Doctor.
