Yes. It's a little tricky but since I was really sick....and sick of getting colds all the time......I did it. If you can just get past the "gross" factor, it's fine. It doesn't hurt, just feels weird. Now I only do it when I'm feeling a cold coming on. I bought the special salt for it. @ $35 total.
