What's a good position while using a neti pot?

Did you find that the solution kept running into your mouth? I can't seem to get just the right position.

I never had that problem with a neti pot. I can actually talk while using a neti pot. There are a few videos of people using a neti pot on http://www.youtube.c...; you can take a look at them to see if you are doing it right.
