Need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks!

=) lots of snow. Asked by maggiemaydude 4 months ago, 3 answers.

So I've gained 10 pounds in the last couple months...I really need to get it off in the next two weeks...normally though I think I need to lose weight and I can't stay motivated enough to do it...would it be enough if I ran two miles every day, did 200...

situps, only ate one meal a day, and only drank water?

you made the number one mistake most people make. eating one meal a day actually slows down your metabolism and could make it so you dont lose weight. your suppose to have 6 meals a day, 3 big and 3 small, every 3 to 4 hours.

if you want to lose weight I suggest you eat plain chicken, salad, cottage cheese, and lots of fruit. have a glass of water before, during, and after each meal/snack. it will keep you really full :]

as for exercise, that could work, but it might bore you to death. switch what your doing every day or so. do upper body workout mon, lower tues, rest weds, etc.

my family runs a bodybuilding/vitamin health store so I know a lot about this stuff, and im currently working with a body builder trainer to lose weight and stay fit so if you need help ill be glad to lend you a hand :D

im not sure if all that would work but I will say that its healthier if you eat all of your meals, just make them a little smaller.

If you eat only one meal a day, you will slow down your metabolism and will gain weight when you start eating normal again and even more weight
you need to eat healthy and exercise
have a well balanced meals and snack on fruits and veggies
have 5 ounces or grains and meat
4 servings of fruit and veggies
and 3 cups of dairy products
exercise for at least 1 hour everyday
do any exercises you want as long as you sweat and get a good work out
you will lose weight and will maintain it off
