Baby taking off diapers

I have a 1.5 year old girl and she is still in diapers and she always takes them off and puts her hands inside of her and she nevers likes to wear a diaper when I put one on her she takes it right off. I found her and she had a spoon inside of her. What do I do is this way to young?

You should see a physician first to make sure that this is not your daughter telling you she has a urinary tract infection.
