correct.. there is none in existance. the way our bodies build muscle is based off how our bodies evolved over thousands of years and not with modern day supplements. I have taken it all, glutamine, whey protien, no2.. all that gimic ish. the best results were from tripling my intake of water food and sleep while working out strenuously.. most supplements actually inhibit our bodies natural ability to build muscle ie.. produce amino acids and metabolize the ex weight. the supplement industry didnt get to be the biggest business in america by providing a genuine product that works but minipulating us into thinking they work.
