Motivation, and staying fit/healthy

So I promised myself that I was going to exersice a lot this summer, I was so stoaked about becoming healthier, but im having a really hard time staying motavated...
Any advice?

Oh yeah, and what are some simple exersices that I can do at home, since im travelling a lot this summer, my mum wont buy a gym membership for me lol

HmMmm... for motivation I would try and figure out what got you so stoaked to become healthier in the first place, wether it be personal preferrence, or the idea of being able to show off infront of friends or even get a better image at the beach that you wont feel "ashamed" of...

For the home exercises, there is the basics, push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, and sit-ups... You can also do some air squats (same as a normal squat just without any weight), There is also jogging and biking, and to mix it up abit do some skipping , its great cardio and does excellent for burning calories and toning up. No matter how un motivated you are keep trying to push yourself to do those few extra reps/sets. Goodluck and if you need more just funmail me
