Maybe you should join weighwatchers, that gets you motivated, its fun to eat the meals and count all of your points up, and Im pretty sure theres a website that you can chat to other people like you who've joined it, too.

(PS: When your exercising, music is great. Listen to fast music to make you run/walk/exercise faster, when you eat listen to slow music, because if you eat fast it doesn't give you time to digest it properly. If you listen to fast music you tend to eat fast, and if you listen to slow music you eat slowly. I dunno why.. ;/)
What helps to motivate me is using a heart rate monitor. I like to watch my heart rate go up and down between excersices. I also always add fresh sweet low calories snacks to my meals to help with sugar cravings. Such as 1/2 fresh sliced strawberries frozen. I can really help you as far as giving you an example of what to eat to loose the pounds fast. Im entered in a bikini contest in April and Im dieting and training as well!
