I think the best excersise is running or swimming. The rush of endorphines you get after any aerobic excersise is better than any drug! As far as a diet, I suggest finding a Slim-Fast drink that you enjoy. You gotta try them till you find one you can actually stand. I personally enjoy the Strawberries and Cream flavor. It tastes just like Captain Crunch Berries! I try to drink one every morning for breakfast cause its something fast you can drink on your way to school or work and it's packed with vitamins i normally don't get with the things i tend to eat. There's also SlimFast Optima which has a better hunger controlling thing in it... and there's a powder form you can mix at home with milk, the only thing is that the stuff in a can is better for being on the go. So that's where i find motivation: finding a diet you enjoy and an excercise you enjoy, who doesn't like swimming and crunch berries?! LOL! Good Luck! 8^(*)

I suggest you think of a diet not as a thing that starts and ends but as healthy habbits that are part of your lifestyle. Change how you eat and change how healthy you are, don't diet for a few weeks. Easy to say, hard to do, I know, but ask healthy, fit, slim people why they are like they are and it is a healthy lifestyle. Ask overweight people how much they diet and it is probably a lot.

How can i motivate myself through my diet?
I find it very difficult to stay motivated whilst dieting, which generally results in a failed diet. Also through my diet I dont exercise everyday, which I would like to, but yet again I lack motivation.
So what I am asking is, if anyone has any tips for...
staying motivated, and/or any effective exercises that I can do everyday, that take up to an hour to do, it would be extremely helpful to let me know!
