Yes, stressing out can delay your period. But if you suspect a pregnancy then it's a good idea to get a pregnancy test.

I have never had unprotected sex. I had a pregnancy test September 9 and it was negative.

If it was a home test, I'd suggest getting one from the doctors, but stress can be a factor. No harm in getting another test done to put your mind at ease.

I don't think so. I always worry when Im late for my period, even if it's just 2 or 3 days, I'll worry that I'm pregnant. Even though I'm a virgin.
