How can I speed up my metabolism?

Does anybody know any steps to speed up metabolism? or any sample meal plans Last year I had anorexia and I went to the hospital and was eating around 2500 to 3000 calories and didn't gain an once after a while Now I am eating god knows probably 1000 to 1500 calories and I can't stop gaining weight. What's up with me? I just want to be like a normal kid who can eat what I want and not worry that the next bite is going to make me fat like I used to be! thanks! and ps I already exercise everyday atleast a half an hour usually more and eat probably 3- 4 times a day. And I also was eating more junk food before and barely exercising. does my body wana go back to how it used to be oh yah I used to be very overweight like 190 pounds when I was 13 before I had anorexia !

you need to be active. moving around is the key to losing weight and keeping it off.
forget about the diet pills and meal plans, they are just trying to sell those to get your money.
eat healthy and stay in shape by exercising is my advise!

Your saying that you are eating 1100 calories correct? That puts your metabolism in 'starvation mode' (eating under 1200 calories does that) and makes you body want to gain weight instead of losing it.

Eat healthy and exercise. Also eat moderately... (Not too much
at once) Eventually your body will naturally find it's right weight.

have you ever heard of ENVIGA GREEN TEA by NESTEA? its a CALORIE BURNER! No kidding! Drinking 3 cans a day increases your metabolism and helps you burn off calories! (Do a google search on it).. I eat 3 small meals a day and drink a can of Enviga after each one, then go exercise. If I want a snack I just drink an extra can. Hello.. it BURNS CALORIES! you come out AHEAD! thats how I stay on track with my dieting!

Don't drink *cold* water or liquids with your food. It slows down your metabolism due to decreased Brownian motion. Consider room temperature water, a warm tea, etc. instead with your meals. In addition to slowing your metabolism - drinking too much water with your meal can also dilute your stomach acids as well making digestion a more difficult process and other potential problems.

You can be of a perfect weight without starving. Excersise more and make some goals. Usually post-anorexics gain weight quickly.
