Did I break my pinkie toe?

so I think I have broken my pinky toe my f*ing dog did somthing to it.. I dont know but regardless it still hurts it will be 3 weeks on friday when I did it. it is stll swollen and red bruising went away though. it hurts to put tennis shoes on.. but I can move it pretty well. but if I move it a certain way with my hands it hurts .
so what you all think???

if I did what you suggest on doing with it.../?

right now I wrap it with that tape stuff to my toe before it...

if it turns black then its broken if not its probably sprained.
there is nothing a doctor can do. just tape it up and keep it that way for a while.
