I would try the massage - plan B: Chiapracter - plan C: Doctor (maybe MRI if needed)...Good luck !!
Yea I would go to the doctor and explain and see what he says,
No you just need to tough it out. Cause what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. But I guess you can just eat some pills to make it better like if your granny got something for her arthritis just take that if you want. Or just rub it against a wall or doorframe or something like that. Good luck & hope you feeling better.
oh consider a massage
thatll be bes!!!
uuu...!!!
yeah I got the same problem...it may be your sitting posture...try sitting up straight, also if you do any sports that could be the prob too...if you play the flute like me that also may be the prob...when you find out what it is tell me because my shoulders are hurting so bad like itz more tha a mild pain =] =[

Should I consider a massage for my shoulder?
I'm not sure if it's how I'm sleeping or whatever, but my right shoulder has this constant mild pain, and it gets pretty annoying sometimes.
I have invested in one of those memory foam pillows, but it's still quite tense.
It's not agony, but it's uncomfortable.
Should I consider massage or is it something I should get pills for?
