How to help my friend with her horrid mom?

I have a friend (I wont tell you her name) and her mam is being horrid to her she is tellin her to do everythin and callin her a lil bich. Absalutly SHOKIN!!!

really its none of your business to do anything, but if it gets any worse tell her to report her to social services- thats if she feels up 2 it!!

Watch what you say around her mom just watch her and take it all in, hopefully 1 day your friend will be happy

Dear vampirelover,
Have your friend go to children's services. There she can discuss her options. Talk this over with your mother as well, she may be able to help. No one should suffer from verbal abuse. Perhaps she would be better off somewhere else.
