Just get the Maximum Growth nail polish and remove it and put it on again after a few days, don't chew your nails off because then ya wont get anywhere. Then I know this is going to sound odd but if you have any rubber bands, rub then on your skin by your nail beds, and on your nails then try biting them. Do it everyday and you will notice a HUGE change!
