Lumps under earlobe and next to ear

Okay over a week ago I went to hospital for pain in ears, lump under ear lope and also a lump next to ear where jaw connects. they said it was a sinus infection and would go away in a few days. But now over a week later almost two weeks now, I have the...

lumps still and they are really sore and my ears having ringing and bad pain in them, what could it be?

Probably lymph nodes that are still swollen. Your lymph nodes are responsible for producing lymphocytes that fight infection... and for draining infection from the body... this causes the swelling. Sounds as if you are suffering an inner ear infection and can expect the swollen nodes for the duration of the infection and for a time afterwords.

what is causing this lump under earlobe left side of face and down close to sholder blade front and neck swelling where thyroid is , I have had nodules on the thyroid aspirated before and none were cancerous but they are growing again what is causing all this
