sudden painful lump on calf
I woke up to a golf ball size soft lump. The next day it was the size of a large marble but painful. The sonogram showed no clots and the doc wants to wait a couple of weeks to see if it goes away. The pain is radiating down into the ankle/foot area. The lump is extremely painful. Should I wait?
If you can, wait for the appointment you already have. If not, then go to the ER…BUT, only if you simply can’t wait or are too worried about it.
