Lump on my leg..

So my brother kicked me directly in the middle of my shin about a month ago- but probably longer, and there is this lump there still. It doesn't hurt or anything, but I'm kind of getting worried. What would this be?

my brother did the same exact thing to me and I also got a lump... but dont worry about the lump... its gonna take a very long time for that hideous lump to go away
