What's this lump on my leg?

hi I hve a lump on the back of my lower leg it is not sore but it is deep red colour and can change to a blue tint it is about the size of a golf ball what do you think?

uhm... eew... go get it checked out! you dont know what it is! it could be a blood clot! go to the hospital!!!

Did you recently get hit hard in that area? If so, it may be a hematoma - a blood filled swelling, like a big blood blister. If not see a doctor. Or see one antway if you can.
