Little brown spots

I planted three white pearl kamchatka bugbane plants and there are little brown spots on some leaves. I dont think its too much water- one of the new plants had been drooping and when watered perked up... I don't see any little bugs -- what else...

It could be the water if you are using tap water there can be chlorine in there and it makes little brown spots where it sits on the leaves

tap water is ok but don't get the leaves wet just the roots
