My money tree leaves turning brown and some tips are turning white?? What to do??

Your tree could be having water issues. Money trees are native to Central American tropical climates, so it's important to make sure your tree is adequately hydrated and has 'simulated' humidity: spray it with water from a spray bottle on dry days.
