Listen to music to sleep

sooo.............. Asked by misscool about 1 month ago, 9 answers.

I always listen to music to go to sleep. It is a bad habit. It does not make me tired or anything, but it makes it hard to sleep over at friends houses. It is so hard to go to sleep without my mp3 player. When im at a friend's house I end up really tired in the morning because it took me FOREVER to go to sleep because I did not have my mp3 player. I can not bring it with me. I need to sleep without it. Im going to Honduras in like 5 days and im going for 2 weeks. I can not bring my mp3 player. please help me sleep without it!!!

Send this to a friend

Think of songs in your mind and sing them to yourself quietly. It should help.

try finding something else that helps put you to sleep... a warm blanket, a stuffed animal...anything... if all fails, try what teachel has told you to do... cause that sounds quite clever =)

You can read a book until you start falling asleep while reading them turn out the light and you'll fall asleep in seconds. (I did that last night, it was amazing!!!)

To suggest to you, instead of your mp3 player, read a book or, just lay in bed to reflect.
I don't know what else to tell you but, going to sleep with music on isn't a bad habbit at all. Have a nice time out of the country.
Good luck.
