Is there a techique or a certain way to make it so you dream about something. like say I wanted to dream I was a princess in a castle or I had super powers. is there a way or is it just the luck of the draw?
I don't really think there is a way to control you dreams. They do say that the last thing you think about before you sleep is what you're going to dream about... but I don't really think that's true. Dreams are mostly a way to handle information, so maybe if you think about it the whole day you'll dream about it XD
Its called lucid dreaming...you have lucid dreams everynow and then some people more than others...look up lucid dreaming and see if there is a way you can perfect it...sorry lame example but if you read twilight series ...breaking dawn when bella trys to throw her shield around more people...just learn like that.
dont eat before you go to sleep especiaally choclate give it at lease an hour
