Yes get the book Lucid Dreaming by Stephen La Berge or look it up on google. When you realise that you are awake in your dreams you feel two bodies that it bed and that where you want to be.
I've hit the winning runs in sports events, had sex with all the hot girls and done so many amazing things whilst Lucid (IN REM) state.
Most times I don't want to wake up, the dreamscape is beautiful in colour and brightness and you can meet old family members there as well as realise we are more than we are when awake.
I've heard that if you think about it before you go to sleep you are more likely to dream about it than not. You could try that. I know things that I dream about are things I either thought about that day, or talked about earlier in the day.
Yeah^^ I've noticed whatever I've thought or talked about the most through out the day I dream about whatever it was lol its kinda weriod!
peace
There are some people who are cognitive dreamers as in they can change the course of events in their dreams. They are usually the people who always remember their dreams.
Your dreams usually consist of thoughts and experiences from your day, your brain is kinda doing a review of the day and trying to correlate it all together... which can produce some strange dreams.
You're more likely to be able to influence your dreams if you wake up and go right back to sleep. I've noticed that this short REM time is when I have my most wacked out dreams.
The hard part is 'realizing' that your dreaming. Once you do that, they're easy to manipulate.
Dreams are mostly things you can't control at all, however most of the dreams you have either relate to someone or something. Maybe you were constantly thinking about a certain person or anything in particular, and most of the time, that certain something will probaly be in your dream somehow.
if your lucid dreaming. its where you reallize that your dreaming and you can control what your dreaming about.
yes, you can actually control your dreams. I will tell you how, it is really easy. first, take a bathfore you go to sleep and drink cold water after you take the bath, then go right away to sleep. it will work, thats what I always do and it works. you decide were you want to be, and what ure going to do. and the best part, it first person veiw.
Someone told me this once. But I have no idea if it's true. Well in your dream if you can see your hands, and you're not looking in 3rd person. Then you CAN actually control yourself. But like I said. I don't know if it works since I've never actually tried it myself.
yes
it is called lucid(sp?) dreaming
When you know you are dreaming & able to exceirt control over it basically
or when you realize your dreaming
but yes

if you think about it right before you go to sleep than ya.

like, say I wanted to have a dream about my dog or something specific, is there a way to control or influence your mind to have a dream about it? I was just wondering...
