Im 3weeks pregnant and having brown discharge

I went to the doctors because I was having brownish discharge and found out I was pregnant about 3 weeks by having a blood test and had a sonogram and they couldnt find anything but now im having a lot more discharge and a little cramping

Is it just discharge,or actual blood?

It's not uncommon to have some brownish discharge in pregnancy, but if it seems like a lot, it's not a good sign.

At any rate, any bleeding during pregnancy should be brought up to your doctor, so I recommend you see him/her as soon as possible.

Brown discharge means that is is old blood, so may just be some of the old uterus lining clearing itself out a bit as it is not needed. I would definitely go back to your doctor if this has not stopped within a couple of days, as it needs to be checked out again just to make sure everything is fine.

Try to get rest and stay calm, but get it looked into again asap. Hopefully everything is normal (a little bleeding is common), but it is best to get it checked, if just for your peace of mind. I hope all is well.
