Im 13 and weight 160 pounds! help!

I want to loose weight so badly!! im 13 years old and I weight 160 pounds! I hate it what should I do!?!

if you're 5'9 or 5'10
it's fine. DO NOT PURGE DO NOT GO ANOREXIC!!!
whatever you do.
stop drinking soda (if you do)
exercise an hour a day, with at least 30 minutes of cardio.
every day. jogging is the best, because the pounding of weight on your feet puts stress on your joints, so your body starts dropping the pounds.
don't eat lots of bread, and stick to vegetables.
eat small portions a lot.
exercise however you can, even if it's just walking.
DON'T MAKE EXCUSES! because you know that you ALWAYS have time to exercise.

First of all, get rid of the hate and 'anger'. Start by first, taking on a positive state of mind that you will lose the weight and achieve your goal.

Make sure you are eating good healthy food, and minimize or cut out the junk food, soda, etc.

Stay active and stay on track with your diet. You will lose some of that fat every single day.

Week after week, you will get in better shape and ultimately, you will achieve your goal.

I think the best way to loose weight and the healthy way is just to eat right and exercise. and here is a website that will help you

First off if you want to lose weight you want to do it in a healthly way. First you want to start eating right. If you eat a lot of fast foods then you need to stay away from that. Start to more healthier things like grilled chicken, fruits, vegitables. Find a nice balance workout routine, even if you just start out by wallking at a fast pace a few blocks a day a steady add. You're endurence will pick up. Or ask your parents for a membership at your local gym if you are going to make good use of it. Just remember it takes time, it won't happen over night. Good Luck.

first you need to think positive second you need more water, less salt, more exercise, less junk food, and more healthier foods defiently with fiber and protien. fiber one has yogurt , ceral and breakfast or snack bars. they taste good and good for you. Fiber will make you not so hungry for junk food!

be motivated.
run at least 5 times a week.
for over 45 min.
an hour would do it.
you get amazing results.
eat right.
small portions.
no junk food.
or anything that is stored in the freezer.
fruits and veggies and small portions of chicken or salmon.
dont eat anything thats fried or ice cream, sugary drinks or food.

How to LOSE weight?

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
