probably the better question is to evaluate why you are on a raw foods diet. Most of the stuff mentioned by amblessed I don't think qualifies as raw. If I could suggest one thing I would say sashimi. Sashimi is just the fish, it comes with rice on the side.
Your best bet is to include nuts in your diet if you don't already. I have some issues eating nuts on an empty stomach, you might as well. Also, if it is allowed I suggest learning how to prepare steelcut oats. Just add hot water and let it sit for a while (quite a while if I recall), add some sweetener, and it is very filling.
