wicca in my eyes isnt bad, well its not bad compared to doing black magic, wicca is mainly used for good if your a wicca and you use it for bad its not wicca anymore its somthing far more worst, see wiccan's we actualy dont worship the devil or anything like that we actualy worship god, and by saying that we only do things that are good , so if its godly how is it bad?

hate to rain on your parade, but the devil doesn't exist. It's a man made construct!

and additionally if you judge magic to be evil you need to take a closer look at christianity and the other big organized religions. all religions currently around today EVOLVED FROM PAGAN RITES which did include the use of casting spells and using magic- strip away the wrappings of christianity and you end up with- PAGAN RITUALS.
I am a WICCAN and the only EVIL (which I do not believe in) that I see is ignorant people using a belief to tell other people what to believe.

the idea for satan was stolen from paganism- THE HORNED GOD- who is simply a reflection of NATURE, A MASCULINE REPRESENTATION.

SATANISM- which is an offshoot of CHRISTIAN/CATHOLIC beliefs is as you say EVIL, and they do use MAGIC for BAD- but it is a reflection of the following of CHRIST that spawned the SATANIC church- NOT THE PRACTITIONERS OF MAGICK OR PAGANS, OR WICCANS.

And yes we do believe in magick but it is not a bad thing. We believe magick is in everything around. Wicca is loving nature, it's to wake up in the morning and see the world and be thankful, it's putting your ear against a tree and listening to its life force.

To you that may sound crazy, but before you go judging us by what we believe at least google wicca and take a look at some websites. For all you know your best friend could be a wiccan secretly and then say you found out, would that change your opinion on her/him, would there religion change how you feel. We are who we are and yo should be thankful for that. Think about it.

firstly that is your belief and therefore YOUR opinion. Not everyone beliefs in your god, therefore your bible doesn't apply to everyone.

if you want to find out whos right then do a little research and draw your own conclusions. Maybe it could even be said that you are both right... they are just your oppinions after all. An oppinion can't be wrong, as it is what you believe.

dont worry about her, she isnt doing anything wrong or bad, it is a religion, one that goes back farther than christianity. just do your research and be supportive and be a friend, im wiccan and nothing hurts more than getting up the courage to tell people about something like this that is important to you and then being judged.

Religions aren't bad, people are bad. There are Catholic priests who rape children, and yet there are those who have the ability to heal people of there afflictions. Wicca is not evil, however it can be used for evil ( I am using this term evil loosely, I am not refering to the devil or anything like that, I am just using a universal term.) depending on the person following the religion. I am a wiccan, I am not trying to corrupt you, or influence you, but perhaps you should check it out for yourself, who knows you may like it!
