Will the hospital keep me in until i go into labor or send me home?

I just wanted to know that because I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and I am constantly in pain in hospital and have opened by 3cm will the hospital keep me in until I go into labor or send me home?

Depends on if you're having contractions or just pain. Have they told you that you're high risk? If they have then they might keep you there. If you're not having contractions they will probably send you home but it all depends on the hospital.
