Might have to change hospitals but whats the difference?

Whats the difference between adam brooks hospital in cambridge and the hospital im at now st guys and thomas which is in london? Will they have more things to help me get better? As they are thinking of moving me
I just want to go home im having fulids through my stomach but am losing more weight I weigh less than 40 pounds an this is the time im starting to pooo im sorry to keep posting these questions
