My parents were the same way. I ended up going away to college so that I could enjoy my youth without having a curfew. They were very strict, but it's only because they loved me and cared. Until you move out, you are going to have to live by their rules. Try talking to them and convincing them to extend your curfew to 2am. An hour more shouldn't be that big of a deal for them.

How to make my parents lengthen my clubbing deadline?
Ok well I'm 19 already and am second year varsity. I go clubbing with friends but whenever I do I always make sure I sleep over. My parents are very protective and I have lived a pretty sheltered life, their rule is that I should be home by 1am for the...
latest and that is why I sleepover at my friends so that we can party till we feel like it. I am not an irresponsible person and I know my limit, if anything, I'm the one who keeps my friends in check. So anyway how can I get them to lengthen the deadline, I mean I am flipping 19 already. I'm sure that my parents have this mentality that I'm going to be a baby forever.
