how can i make my parents stop spanking me?
I’m 14 and it doesn’t happen that often but i hate it so much and i feel i’m too old for it. Any other 14yo who is still spanked?

Call child welfare. If their actions are deemed inappropriate, the child welfare will step in and force them to stop.
Well there must be a reason for them spanking you. There is a chance (not to be offensive or anything), that you could be spoiled or be a brat and they are fed up with it. Just be happy it’s spanking and not beating. But it is for no reason. I would call for help from the authorities.
