How do i get rid of large pores on my nose ?

how come I have large pores on my nose and chin. I am 16. do they go away with age and they are sort of blackheads as well? any suggestions ?

they're sort of black heads. or as me and my good friend call them seeds you can I guess squeeze them out, but that's the best solution. you should go out and get this stuff called deep cleansing pore strips by Biore. they're these strips you put on your nose and 15 minutes later you rip 'em off like a band-aid and all of the dirt, blackheads and seeds come out. sounds gross but hey work, lo. you can use them on your chin too, or anywhere else if you want. you can get them pretty much at any convenience store.
