How can i get rid of my black pores on my legs?

I am 13 and I've never had this problem. My pores have just started showing and they are black. It isn't bad yet but I want to get it under control before it gets worse.

Are you sure it's not just hair growing back in from shaving? If not, try taking a loufah and gently scrubbing with body wash. Rinse well, then apply a non-greasy lotion... that should help after a few days, I would think.
