How to convince school to change code of conduct?

dont like school and it said what school he went to and he got suspened! how can they do this if it isnt happening at school. we started a petition and the school board said if we could get a certain number of parent and student signatures they wold consider the changes.this was for the dress code but thtas still not fair. i htought i lived in a democracy not a dictatorship then our principal took the folder containing it, ripped it up. HOW IS THIS NOT CENSORSHIP!?!?

well ask the school instead of treating you that way then ask if you could have a myspace and make it about the school instead of just yourself..kind of being an online cheer leader as cheezy as it sounds thats not fare because its taking away your freedom and its not right..is it a private school go to parents and ask if they think its right and or go to the state about this issue write a letter to your news station start a website because this isnt right. if you know someone with a myspace then post it there thalk to the guy who owns myspace he might help
